The bond package includes construction of a new Career Technical Education (CTE) facility including classrooms and workshop spaces, and construction of a new competition gymnasium. The existing facilities have aged and reached capacity.

The total bond amount is $29,580,000. Financial projections assume that Pine Forest Solar builds the proposed solar farm and that, as a taxpayer, Pine Forest Solar will pay approximately 30% of the District’s debt burden.
